10. Cancellation of Membership
Membership cancellations must be received by the 1st of the final month of membership. For example, to end membership on 31st May, notice must be received on 1st May; notice received on 2nd May will mean fees for both May and June are due. Cancellations must be in writing using the cancellation form or by email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. No refunds will be given for monthly or prepaid fees. Ex-members re-joining must pay a new joining fee and clear any outstanding amounts. Membership may be suspended or terminated immediately for misconduct or non-payment.
11. Freezing Membership

Credit added to a membership account can be redeemed at all Pitch Clubs but cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit may be used for lessons, food and beverage, and apparel, but cannot be used for lesson subscriptions or membership fees. Credit is valid for one year and is non-transferable. Referral credits are issued when a new member names an existing member at joining, subject to restrictions outlined in the promotional terms. Membership must be active to redeem credit. Credit is added within two weeks of the referred member’s activation date. Any unused lesson sessions or Club credit cannot be refunded after membership ends.
16. Club Visit Rules
Practice, lesson and social visits must be booked via the Pitch Member Portal app. Usage is limited by opening hours and membership type. Only one activity may be booked at any given time. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start; later cancellations count as a no-show. Three no-shows will result in a one-week suspension of booking rights. This policy ensures fair access for all members.
17. Lesson Booking Rules
All lessons with Pitch Golf Professionals must be paid for in advance. Lesson packs have expiry dates: ten-lesson packs expire within twelve months, five-lesson packs within six months, and five-lesson beginner packs within two months. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will result in the lesson being charged. Late arrival will shorten lesson time, and arrival more than twenty minutes late may result in the lesson being cancelled and marked as redeemed. If a Golf Professional cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or arrives more than ten minutes late, a replacement lesson will be provided free of charge. If your Golf Professional is absent or leaves, the Club Manager will arrange an alternative. Unused lessons are non-refundable if membership is cancelled or terminated.
18. Digital Platforms
Use of the Pitch Member App or other digital services must comply with these Rules. Misuse of the platform or harassment of other members online will be treated as a breach of membership conditions.
19. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failing to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.
