To secure your fitting session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This acts as your fitting fee, which is refunded if you purchase custom-fit equipment, making your fitting free of charge. The fee helps us maintain the highest level of service and experience.

Clubhouse Golf are proud to offer one of the widest selections of custom-fit equipment from leading brands, including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, and Mizuno (irons only). All the latest models from these brands are available to custom fit, with full options listed on our website. Please note, clubs on sale cannot be custom fitted as they are supplied as standard stock builds.

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from Clubhouse Golf with the booking details. Should you need to change or cancel your booking, you can do this through the Clubhouse Golf booking system via your email confirmation. Please note, bookings can only be rescheduled to a different date or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. The fitting fee will not be refunded for any appointments cancelled within this period.
